Pricing questions

Does each employee cost extra?

No, not per user - the price is for the whole business, no matter how many people work with it. As long as the servers keep up, the price stays exactly the same. Only when your team grows so much that we have to raise the infrastructure (server, performance) does a price tier get added.

Is there a minimum term?

No. aktuno can be cancelled monthly, informally by email. No minimum-term traps.

What does setup cost?

You set aktuno up yourself, and that's included in the price. If you want, koetting.io handles the migration of your existing data as a separate done-for-you service. We discuss the exact scope and price for that up front in the intro call.
