What does aktuno cost?
From €199 a month for the whole business. No per-employee fees. We agree the exact price in the intro call. See pricing.
Does each employee cost extra?
No, not per user - one price for the whole business, no matter how many people work with it. As long as the servers keep up, the price stays exactly the same. Only when your team grows so much that we have to raise the infrastructure (server, performance) does a price tier get added.
Where is our data hosted?
On a dedicated server per customer in Germany - no shared hosting, no shared database. GDPR compliant, your data never leaves the EU.
Is aktuno GDPR compliant?
Yes. Servers in Germany, data kept separate per customer, data processing covered by contract.
How does migrating my data work?
You set aktuno up yourself. If you want, koetting.io handles the migration of your existing data as a separate done-for-you service. Exactly what's possible and how much effort it takes, we clarify up front in the intro call.
Does my team have to learn something new?
No. Your team keeps writing WhatsApp and emails as before - aktuno sorts in the background. Only those who look at the files need about 10 minutes of onboarding.
Are we ready for the e-invoicing mandate?
Yes. aktuno supports receiving and creating e-invoice-compliant documents - without an extra tool.
How is my data backed up?
Your data is backed up regularly. If something is lost, we restore the last state.
What support do I get?
Personal support straight from the team behind aktuno. No call centre, no ticket queue at a third party.
How do I cancel?
Informally by email, cancel monthly. No minimum-term traps.
